These individuals bring not only professional expertise, but also deep care for our communities, a commitment to equity, and a shared belief in the transformative power of food, culture, and collective action. Their leadership will help us continue to center joy, legacy, and self-determination as we grow.

We are proud to welcome the following leaders to our Executive Board. They represent a spectrum of lived experiences—from grassroots organizing to small business development, nonprofit leadership to public service. And they each bring a visionary spirit that aligns with our mission:

Adeniyi Adeyiga

Adeniyi Adeyiga is the Founder and CEO of A3 Consulting LLC, a Prince George’s County native and visionary IT leader who grew his firm into a $40M enterprise. With over 23 years of experience and a passion for community empowerment, he brings strategic insight and local pride to his role on The Capital Market Executive Board.

Sydney Bullock

Sydney Bullock is a passionate advocate for health equity in Prince George’s County, combining her studies in Health Science with hands-on community involvement to promote accessible, sustainable healthcare solutions. With a detail-oriented and service-driven approach, she’s building a career in Health Administration rooted in collaboration and impact. Sydney is a proud resident of the Blue Line Corridor

Minister Tammie Edmunds

Minister Tammie O. Edmunds is a lifelong Prince Georgian, retired federal HR executive, and dedicated spiritual leader currently serving as Lead Pastor of Gethsemane United Methodist Church. With a heart for service and a passion for faith, education, and community, she brings decades of leadership and ministry experience to every space she serves.

Dr. Blair Hayes

Dr. Blair Hayes is a social and organizational psychologist, award-winning DEI thought leader, and CEO of 10th Chapter Consulting, where he helps organizations cultivate inclusive cultures for stronger teams and lasting impact. A proud Washington, D.C. native, he brings heart, scholarship, and lived experience to every space he leads.

Andrew McCray

Andrew McCray is an urban planner and consultant at Stantec with nearly a decade of experience advancing equitable, community-driven planning across the country. Specializing in transit-oriented development and sustainability, he brings a human-centered approach to shaping places that truly reflect and uplift the people who live there.

Jonathan Santana

Jonathan Santana is a dedicated Capitol Heights resident, veteran, and community leader whose work with The Capital Market reflects his deep commitment to service and grassroots impact. As founder of Excelsior Consulting Services, he brings strategic insight and collaborative spirit to every space he supports, bridging sectors to uplift the DC metro community.

​Adrienne Walker

Adrienne Walker, a former FDA Executive Officer turned mixologist, is the Owner and Operator of BlueHenry, where she crafts all-natural cocktail garnishes and mixers to elevate home entertaining experiences.
