TCM organizer Brittney Drakeford, is currently featured in a University of Maryland Fearless Ideas campaign. Brittney is recognized for her work in food systems planning and food justice advocacy. In addition to supporting TCM, Brittney is a student at the University of Maryland and an active member of the Cottage City Community Garden and Cottage City Green Team. Brittney helps to shine light of food injustices that impact communities of color and other under-estimated neighborhoods.
